Welcome to the Playroom where we create young movers! We make movement a priority in early life, as a foundation for lifelong physical literacy and staying active for life. Building life skills is what we’re about, instilling confidence, communication and strength.

The Playroom is a sliding-scale, member-based indoor playground for children aged 0-6 created by local moms for local families. We offer a wide range of family friendly indoor and outdoor events and activities.

The Playroom is open to our members from 6am to 9pm everyday for drop-in play-time that fits your child’s schedule!

Memberships include daily use of play space, weekly classes, events and access to the Playroom Swap Closet.

The Playroom’s tailored home-based environment allows children to engage with a diverse range of movement vocabulary and nutrition habits.

Fundamental movement skills are incorporated into each day’s activities, that are designed to be developmentally appropriate and challenging to ensure that your child is always engaged. We specialize in providing small group physical literacy programs.

Our spaces are maintained safe for young humans and their adults, and includes a kid’s library, kitchen and dining area, movement room and toddler and wheelchair friendly bathrooms and cleaning facilities.

Meals are available at the Playroom for both children and caregivers. Meals are prepared on site, may contain eggs and meat, and sometimes include the option to take home raw (frozen) meals for caregivers to prepare themselves.
